Shalom,

Sorry for the late reply.

You are right that the Living the Blessed Life program has not yet been explained as clearly as it should be. I am working on a proper breakdown. It is a very large and comprehensive program, and although it is highly structured, there are many moving parts, so it takes some work to explain it clearly and simply.

Here is the basic structure:

The program is built around the eight principles of Journey to a Blessed Life. Each principle is divided into a six-week framework.

During the first five weeks, we focus on one specific aspect of that principle and develop it with depth, breadth, and practical application. The sixth week is a review week, where we go back over the five parts of that principle.

For example, right now we are up to the sixth principle, Same-Team Mindset. Since this is a rolling program, people do not necessarily begin at Principle One. Everyone joins wherever the program is currently holding.

Same-Team Mindset is divided into five sections:

  1. From Competition to Collaboration

  2. Inner Security

  3. The Abundance Mentality

  4. The Emotional Bank Account

  5. Same-Team Marriage

The sixth week is then a review of all five sections.

Each day, you receive:

  • One short video SEED

  • A light joke

  • An affirmation

  • A micro-quiz of two or three questions

  • A daily Quiet Mind reading

The Quiet Mind reading is simply the daily reading from the Quiet Mind material. In addition to that, we now have the weekly Quiet Mind Together class, which is a new feature. That class is not just a reading; it is more of a live teaching setting where I try to give over the ideas in a deeper and more developed way.

Once the six weeks of Same-Team Mindset are complete, we will have a review period. At that point, we will review the principles we have covered so far:

  • One week of Live Life

  • One week of Be Humble

  • One week of Know Your Mission

  • One week of Do What Matters

  • One week of Recognize the Other

  • One week of Same-Team Mindset

After that, we will move into the next new principle, Listen Silently, Then Speak Clearly, which will also be broken down into five component parts, followed by a review week.

After that, there will be another broader review, including:

  • Live Life

  • Be Humble

  • Know Your Mission

  • Do What Matters

  • Recognize the Other

  • Same-Team Mindset

  • Listen Silently, Then Speak Clearly

Finally, we will move into the last principle, Shalom U’Vracha. I am still working out exactly how that section will be structured.

So that is the basic overview of the program.

I hope that makes the structure clearer.

KEEP GROWING. KEEP BUILDING.
