Each class is held twice every Sunday for your convenience. You may attend either session or both. If you cannot attend, the recording will be available the next day, and a link will be posted on WhatsApp and sent via email.

INFORMATION

Journey to a Blessed Life is an 8-week, highly structured, step-by-step journey of personal growth.

The program includes 9 weekly live classes (each given twice) and daily S.E.E.D.S. (Steady Engagement Ensures Deep Scripting). Short pieces of engaging digital content carefully designed to help you really "get" the ideas we will be teaching.

THE TWO TRACKS

When you joined the program, you enrolled in either the WhatsApp track or the Email track. Both tracks contain the exact same content — the only difference is how it is delivered.

If you joined the WhatsApp track, the daily SEEDS are dripped into the group three times a day, allowing you to encounter the ideas gradually throughout the day.

If you joined the Email track, the SEEDS are delivered once daily at 8:00 AM (Israel time), except on Shabbos. You can then engage with the content at your own pace during the day.

S.E.E.D.S.

The heart of the program is the daily SEEDS (Steady Engagement Ensures Deep Scripting).

Each SEED is intentionally very short — anything from a quick image to glance at to a short video of up to about 90 seconds. No long lectures, no heavy homework. Just small daily inputs that, over time, produce remarkable results, be"H.

A free PDF version of the coursebook is available for viewing or downloading (links below).

However, we strongly recommend purchasing the printed book if possible. It’s a beautiful full-colour, nearly 200-page guide — with plenty of images to keep even our ADHD-era 2026 brains happily engaged — and it greatly enhances the experience of the course.

SOUNDTRACK

The program also includes a fantastic course soundtrack designed to reinforce the themes and atmosphere of the journey and help keep the ideas alive between classes.

For times of the year when we are not able to listen to music, we have also provided a music-less version.

All tracks are available on YouTube and on our Google Drive, both as videos and as audio files that you can download and use as you wish (links below).

SOUL MAP POSTER

The Soul Map Poster is a beautiful visual overview of the entire journey, showing how all the parts of the program fit together. Many participants have printed it and put it on their wall as a reminder of the path they’re on.
